Description

Finca Monte Grande was built in 1917, and today it is the third generation of owners. The farm is located in southern Chiapas, close to the Guatemalan border. The farm is located at the foot of the ancient Sierra Madre Southern mountain system at an altitude of 1000–1200 meters above sea level In total, about 700 tons of coffee are harvested per year. Coffee is grown here in the shade of trees. This is one of the largest farms in Mexico: the average yield is more than 2 tons per hectare. With alternative brewing methods, all the notes of coffee are better felt and disclosed.
