Return terms:
Products purchased from the store can be modified or returned within 14 calendar days, excluding the date of receipt. A mandatory purchase check must be introduced to do so. The terms of the return and modification of the product are regulated by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “Consumer Protection Act.”
Return reason: Defective goods (manufacturer defect)
Product testing is carried out by a technical expert in the store according to the rules. If the defect can be confirmed at the location, the product is replaced by a new one after the confirmation process, or the amount is refunded. If the defect cannot be confirmed in place, the product is sent to the service.
Reason for the refund: Other
If the product is not used and the appearance of the crop is not damaged, the refund can be carried out. To accomplish this, a preliminary inspection is carried out by a technical expert at the store.
Additional conditions:
If the product is obtained with a non-cash payment, a survey is sent by the store to the bank where the consumer is a customer. The payment is returned to the card by the bank within three to seven working days usually.
