Description
Rwanda is a country with fertile soil. It is located at a relatively high altitude, with the lowest point being 950 meters above sea level. The landscape of the central part of the country is characterized by hilly terrain, while the east is dominated by swamps and sunny savannahs. Rwandan coffee represents a mixture of three regions: Western, Northern and Southern Rwanda. Each region has its own beauty for coffee production. Coffee harvesting in Rwanda takes place from March to June. Coffee plants grow at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,200 meters above sea level.
