While the K30 series of grinders had been in the spotlight for many years, including on the World Barista Championship stage it was becoming clear that some upgrades were needed to be competitively sustainable. So E65S was born: the same 65 mm flat steel found in the K30 Vario was made of wells and almost everything was reconstructed to make a better mill. The thinner and taller grinder profile is less spaced, the new stair-free grinding regulation provides a smoother entry and allows for thin regulation of the grinding program, which is stored up to 8 new digital displays.
