Description
Kenya Specialty – one of the leaders of the coffee world. Plantations are located at an altitude of 1400-2000 meters above sea level. The soil on the plantations is deep, clayey and rich in iron, ideal for growing arabica coffee. In addition, Kenya is the only country that has a lot of phosphoric acid in its soil. Unlike other acids, this acid is inorganic and its presence in the soil strongly affects the taste of coffee. Kenyan coffee is perhaps one of the few varieties that tastes orthophosphoric acidity. Suitable for any method of brewing. With alternative brewing methods, all the notes of coffee are better felt and disclosed.
