Finca el Cerro is the legacy of 5 generations of Salvadoran coffee producers, growing coffee in their family has existed for over 150 years. Located in the Apaneka-Llamantepec mountains, the farm is at an ideal height (1,400-1,500 m) for the production of Hurricane coffee. Salvador coffee has a delicate taste with a slight sourness. This coffee has a very light and delicate aroma. You can better get all the notes of coffee in an alternative way of brewing.
