Pink bourbon is a Colombian variety of bourbon that grows predominantly in the Huila region. This is a hybrid of red and yellow bourbons, it is distinguished by the pink color of ripe berries. Contains a high amount of glucose which allows you to get a very sweet, juicy cup with a silky body. Natural anaerobic fermentation lasts 105 hours. It is then gradually dried for about 20 days under the sun and stored in albumin bags for 35 days.
