Ethiopia Shakiso – This coffee comes from the Guji region of Ethiopia, in the Shakiso area. The Guji region, along with the areas known as Yirgacheffe and Sidamo, is known for its unique flavor profiles. These varieties are grown in the highlands of Ethiopia and are of high quality Washed. This method ensures that the coffee has clean and bright notes in its flavor. The coffee beans are harvested, the pulp is removed, fermented, and then washed and dried. This coffee is suitable for high-quality brews, especially pour-over (V60, Chemex), AeroPress, and even espresso.
